This Application/Game is provided by Oatcube and is intended for use as is. The Application may collect certain information automatically due to Google Analytics, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. Unless specifically opted in for the personalized ads. By default this setting for Ad mediation is turned off.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the United States your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.

The game will need permission to access the devices external or internal storage to save game data and or progress. This permission will automatically cancel when uninstalling the game.

Security

I value your trust in providing us some of your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Ads will be produced by a third party which may or may not collect individual data to present personalized ads. This data will not be collected by the developer. By default the user is opted out of personalized ads and thus the third party will only collect the needed data to present the ads, but no personal information that could be used for personalized ads.

Right to be forgotten

The user is at any point eligible for account and data deletion. Google handles data of the user for the in app purchases. Review Googles Privacy Policy for their data collection procedures. On deleting your data:

• On deleting your data of the game, just uninstall the game.
• For deleting data collected by Google for payment and Google Play info, refer to Google ToS and Privacy Policy

By default the game ops the user out of personalized ads. If the player wants personalized ads, they deliberatelly need to access the Data collection menu and click “Accept”.
